The Mosque and Ground Zero!

"The fact we Muslims know the idea behind the Ground Zero mosque is meant to be a deliberate provocation to thumb our noses at the infidel."~~Mischief in Manhatten

“I’m Trying to Decide if Her Statement Was Out of Malice Or Pure Lunacy… I’m Going With Lunacy”~~Charles Krauthammer on Pelosi's Mosque comments
The decision to build this mosque at ground zero isn't about freedom of religion, its about purposely offending and hurting those that have lost loved ones on 9/11 and thumbing their nose at America.

Dick Morris says in his recent column:
The proposed mosque near to ground zero is not really a religious institution. It would be — as many mosques throughout the nation are — a terrorist recruitment, indoctrination and training center. It is not the worship of Islam that is the problem. It is the efforts to advance Sharia Law with its requirement of Jihad and violence that is the nub of the issue.

What is Sharia Law?
Not only is Sharia Law a vicious anti-female code which orders death by stoning, promotes child marriage, decriminalizes abuse of women, and gives wives no rights in divorce, but it also explicitly recognizes the duty of all Muslims to wage Jihad against non-believers and promotes violence to achieve its goals. In this respect, violent Jihad is as inherent in Sharia Law as revolution is in Communist doctrine.
Even Moderate Muslims admit, "We Muslims know the Ground Zero mosque is meant to be a deliberate provocation." After visiting the OKC Bombing Memorial I can't imagine something across the street in honor of Timothy McVeigh. Dick Morris brought up how it would be to have a Buddhist' Shrine near Pearl Harbor. Its the height of insensitivity. Especially, when some of these mosques are breeding grounds for terrorist activities. And, why, when the leaders of the mosque were given an opportunity to build somewhere else did they refuse?

I can't believe we are even discussing this, if it was in 2002 it would be unthinkable. Obviously, too many have forgotten what happened on that day.
