Supreme Court Decision Assures That More Americans Will Be Killed

"In a blistering dissent, Justice Antonin Scalia said the decision "will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed."
Yesterday, a deeply divided Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that foreign detainees at Guantanamo Bay have "the right to appeal to U.S. civilian courts to challenge their indefinite imprisonment without charges". Justice Scalia strongly dissented and Roberts also wrote his own dissent, of course Thomas and Alito were the other 2 dissenters. President Bush strongly agreed with those who dissented and Senator Lindsey Graham had this to say:
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) vowed Thursday to do everything in his power to overturn the Supreme Court’s decision on Guantanamo Bay detainees, saying that, “if necessary,” he would push for a constitutional amendment to modify the decision.

A former military prosecutor, Graham blasted the decision as “irresponsible and outrageous,” echoing the sentiments of many congressional Republicans and President Bush.
My own Senator Kit Bond, had this to say:
"It would have been absurd to open our U.S. court system and give the same rights and privileges of U.S. citizens to German and Japanese fighters, and we did not," said Bond. "Why would we now do that for foreign terrorists captured overseas who already enjoy unprecedented protections?"
UPDATE:

Charles Krauthammer's words in this clip say it all. He starts it off by saying,
"This is not just perverse, the arrogance of this decision is astonishing."
Make sure to hear all of what he says, its worth your time.
