Activist Judges Strike Again

You would think that something as simple as requiring a photo id to vote would be supported by all common sense people no matter their party affiliation. But as I pointed out in an earlier post Democrats were in hysterics over a new law in Missouri that requires photo ids to vote. Well, as always seems to be the case if Democrats can't win at the ballot box they will turn to the court system in search of a liberal judge to get what they want.

Last thursday Cole County Circuit Judge Richard Callahan struck down the law requiring photo ids to vote. I searched in vain to find out who Callahan was appointed by but had no luck. But what do you want to bet that Callahan was appointed by a Democrat?

I don't know what the chances are of the ruling being appealed before the November 7th election. I heard on the news today that they are already halting giving out free photo ids as a result of the ruling. Governor Matt Blunt had this to say about the ruling:
“I am disappointed in Judge Callahan’s ruling, and encourage the defendants to appeal,” said Gov. Matt Blunt, a Republican, who signed the law. “This is a constitutionally sound law that will help improve Missourians’ confidence in the elections process and help combat those who attempt to manipulate the system.”
It seems that Democrats are intent on wanting to have access to manipulating the system.

Another activist Judge has done the same thing in Georgia. So much for weeding out fraud in elections in Missouri and Georgia!!

And for all the Democrats proving my point on this issue by whining and being in hysterics over this post this seal is for you:
